About This Spot

Stepping into Silk Road Thai Restaurant feels like finding a quiet corner of Southeast Asia tucked away in the heart of Springdale. The atmosphere is unpretentious and calming, where conversation flows easily amid a setting that’s more about comfort than flair. It’s the kind of neighborhood spot where locals might come to linger over good food and familiar rhythms, a place that invites relaxed evenings and genuine connection without rushing the experience.

The pace here is measured—meals arrive with thoughtful timing, allowing you to savor each bite. The hum of quiet footsteps and soft exchanges from the attentive but unassuming staff add to the sense that this is a space made for enjoying the moment rather than being pressed for time.

At the center of the experience is a menu that feels lived-in and lovingly crafted. Whether it’s a plate of fresh spring rolls that crack softly under your teeth, a bowl of coconut-infused Tom Kar soup that warms from the inside out, or a dish of Pad See Ew that balances tender noodles with vibrant greens, the food carries a quiet authenticity. There's a careful layering of flavors, sometimes gently spicy, sometimes soothingly sweet, always fresh. The thoughtful attention to traditional elements shines through, inviting you to explore new tastes or find comfort in familiar ones.

Beyond the food, Silk Road offers a genuine sense of welcoming that comes from years of local loyalty. It’s a place where regulars bring friends to share the spice and warmth they’ve come to trust, and where new visitors can feel at ease embracing the rich variety of Thai cuisine without pretense. There’s an unspoken understanding here: great meals are about the human moments they create, small celebrations of taste and company that leave you quietly satisfied.

Had the Panang with Chicken. Loved that they used snow peas instead of Green Bell peppers. Ordered medium Spicy and that was perfect. But I did pull out the Jalapeños before beginning. Dish with Rice and Water with 20% tip $20.

I've been here a couple of times now and both times have gone very well. It's a pretty quiet and quaint restaurant good place to talk to a friend. They offer many Thai options, Ive gotten the Orange Chicken both times and love it. The prices are soild especially for the portion sizes (definitely won't leave hungry). Staff is quiet but very fast and efficient.

Chicken pad Thai was really good. Got medium spicy, and it had a good kick, may or may not have been sweating a little. Not much on the inside, but that’s when you know it’s good. Highly recommend. The food comes out responsibly quick. We only waited maybe 10 minutes.

Absolutely wonderful food. Extremely fresh, Extremely authentic. I had the crab rangoons, theres 8 of them, they're amazing. Handmade, light and airy, nice and crispy. The available hot chili sauce on the table pairs well with the sweet and sour. I also had a bowl of the Tom Kar Coconut soup with Chicken. I like mine Thai Hot. It was amazing. Delicious straw mushrooms. I also had the Garlic Pepper Beef, and damn it was good. Very flavorful, nice and spicy. To wrap it up I had to try their fried bananas. They were on point, with a little sweet dipping sauce that came with. Highly Recommend, I'll be back to try the Pho and the Curry. Can't wait.

Great food and plenty to choose from! I enjoyed the lunch specials that include an egg roll. There were plenty of others waiting to eat lunch as well, so I knew this was a great spot to try. The portions were huge and the food was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend if you are in the area. The Thai tea is great!
